• Although we are not fans of brands making claims like “75% more suction”, this Rug Doctor model really offers unbelievable suction. If you have used other carpet cleaners in the past, you will feel the difference as soon as you plug it in and start cleaning.
• The cleaner require no assembly whatsoever; it flat out works out of the box. Just plug it in, put in clean water and detergent and you’re ready to go.
• The build quality is also very nice as the parts look more durable and higher quality than many comparable models.
• We have found the tank quite easy to empty and fill. This is an important thing because the tank is small, and it would be really painful if it wasn’t easy to empty and refill.
• The machine is kind of heavy and bulky, but you will be surprised to see how easily it can be maneuvered. Rug Doctor did a good job here with quality, carpet-friendly wheels that greatly improve mobility.

• One of the most common complaints we have seen about this model is the problem with spraying cleaning solution on the carpet. There are a few users complaining about this issue, and it seems to be the result of assemblers not connecting one of the two power cords required for this function.
